International sourcing
What to confirm before an international order.
A clear order starts before the quotation. Collect these details so product, packaging and shipment requirements can be reviewed together.

Product and specification.
Record the model, intended application, required technical properties and any test documentation needed by the buyer. Identify the version of the agreed specification.
Quantity and packaging.
Confirm pack format, net content, carton quantity, labelling language and shipping marks. Ask whether your requested artwork or packaging changes the order quantity or production schedule.
Documents and destination.
Provide the destination country and the documents requested by your importer or logistics provider. Ask for the current SDS and confirm applicable transport requirements for the selected product.
Quotation and shipment terms.
Agree on the quotation currency, named delivery place, responsibilities, payment terms and shipment arrangement. Confirm which costs are included before accepting the order.
Sample, production and final review.
Align sample approval, production timing and any inspection requirements. Review the final packing list, labels and agreed documentation before dispatch.
